OUR JASNIERES WINES
Traditionally, Jasnières and Coteaux du Loir are dry wines in their youth, "with nose of fruit and flowers" in developing their mouth mineral aromas, with some vivacity.
This youthful acidity gives them a remarkable ability to age (15 to 20 years). these are accompanied by wonderfully fish, seafood, meats and cheeses.
Some years are particularly suitable, they become medium-dry wines and sweet and accompany desserts.
The Coteaux du Loir red light and fruity, to serve with deli meats and light.
